At my core, I'm just a gal with a deep love and appreciation for music. Hip-hop was my first love and what started my whole music journey. I still remember exactly where I was and how I felt the first time I heard albums like The Carter III.

Some of my favorite memories are tied to live shows, the crowd's energy, the way one song can spark a thousand emotions. My love for storytelling started early too. I took over my brother's paper route at eight, sneaking peeks at the news before delivering it. I've been weaving journalism and music together ever since.

After graduating with a BS in journalism, I dove into live music photography working with artists like Harry Mack, John Craigie, Khruangbin, Twin Fin, and more. Capturing live performances and telling stories through music is what I love most.

My playlists are all over the place: hip-hop, Neo-soul, jazzy R&B, and everything in between. Mac Miller, Nas, J. Cole, and Erykah Badu are some artists that are forever in rotation.

When I'm not at a concert venue, I'm probably at a crag, dreaming up new creative ideas, or taking film photos.
